Stephanie has participated in endurance sports. I loved the comradery and the sense of accomplishment of crossing finish lines. I became a coach to share that with others.
Coach Stephanie has worked for some of the leading experts of keto-adaptation. She helps endurance athletes learn the benefits from superior fuel flow, not only when nearing glycogen depletion, but also during training, and recovery.
She has helped athletes from around the world to reach their goals, get PR's, and perform at their best to be fit and healthy.

Coach Colleen Walsh
Colleen has been in the fitness industry since 2005, but has loved all types of sport, ever since she was a wee water baby before being a water baby was popular. Growing up she loved sprinting, volleyball, basketball, softball, swimming, and cycling. After 27 years as a computer nerd, behind a desk, she gave up her career to follow her dream and passion to help others get fit and healthy, so they too could live their best lives.
Here's a question for you. Do the following words sound "FUN" to you? "Toleration, Bearing, Sufferance, Patience, Resignation and Forbearance"? These are all synonyms for the word ENDURANCE, and when the word Endurance is relating to a race or sporting event that takes place over a long distance or otherwise demands great stamina, it's No Wonder many people say Nay Nay when they are posed with the Question - "Do you want to Run a Marathon, Hike the Grand Canyon, Bike 100 Miles or even do a 5k?"
This is where Colleen's enthusiasm for fitness adventures shines. She believes that sport/fitness/endurance events should be FUN, ENJOYED, and a Rewarding Experience. She feels her role is not only to motivate, empower, challenge and be an effective coach, those are super important, but she loves to bring the Fun Factor. She has over ten years of group coaching experience and Personal Trainer experience. Colleen has a passion for seeing new athletes reach their goal of crossing the finish line, fit and with a smile on their faces.
